• Valid ID
• A $15.75 deposit is required for your 24/7 access card, so you can enter the facility 24/7
• Credit card or visa debit to process your access card deposit
• If you decide not to continue after the 14 days, return your access card in good condition, and your deposit will be refunded!
• Agreement to all of our policies and procedures related to the facility is acknowledged with sign up for the free trial.
